Finnish Language Proficiency Requirements

For applicants whose native language is not Finnish, a guiding language test may be organised as part of the student selection process. The Finnish language proficiency test measures the applicant’s Finnish language skills and assesses the adequacy of the language skills in relation to the qualification to be obtained.

The language test is held in Seinäjoki, Finland. It is not possible to take the test remotely. Candidates who take the language test will receive an invitation to the language test after the closing date for applications. The invitation will contain more detailed instructions for the language test. The invitation to the language test is in Finnish.
